Behind every confident kid is a teacher who encourages the kid to explore ideas and try new things. Teachers are contracted by Udayy on an hourly basis.
Core Responsibilities as a Teacher :-
Conduct English classes in a small batch of 3-5 kids.
Introduce and explain the concept to peak kids interest. Every lesson answer, 'Why do I need to know this?'
Prepare lesson plans and educate students at all levels. Assign homework, evaluate student performance, and share progress feedback with parent.
Teacher Requirements:-
Kid Passion – teaching K-5 kids is exciting yet challenging. Exciting to see how bright these kids are. Yet challenging to hold their attention.
Fluency in English and Mathematics Proficiency for grades 1-5 (Must)
High Internet Speed - You need a minimum of 5 MBPS Internet connections for conducting sessions.
Windows 10 (Preferred) with a broadband connection. No hotspot/dongle
Laptop/PC - Microphone and camera is a must
We recommend applying only if you are available 3:00-8:30 p.m everyday and over weekends to maximize your earnings.
Payoff structure
Guaranteed Payout
Against all of the above earnings components, there will be a guaranteed minimum payout for each teacher, depending on her tenure as below. Condition for guaranteed payout is making a minimum of 100 hours per month.
