About us:

Udayy (www.udayy.com) is a play and learn platform for kids. Our vision is to transform K5 learning by making it fun and personalized for every child. Udayy was incubated in Silicon Valley and counts some prominent investors as its investors. Kids learn English via live online classes in small batches of 3-5 kids. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs from Stanford and IIT Delhi and were recently featured in Forbes Asia "30 Under 30" in recognition for their deep passion for education and a vision to build the largest company that the world has seen in this space. You will have the chance to create a long lasting impact. 

Behind every confident kid is a teacher who encourages the kid to explore ideas and try new things. Teachers are contracted by Udayy on an hourly basis. 

Core Responsibilities as a Teacher :-

1. Conduct English classes in a small batch of 3-5 kids.

2. Introduce and explain the concept to peak kids interest. Every lesson answer, 'Why do I need to know this?'

3. Prepare lesson plans and educate students at all levels. Assign homework, evaluate student performance, and share progress feedback with parent.

Teacher Requirements:-

1. Kid Passion – teaching K-5 kids is exciting yet challenging. Exciting to see how bright these kids are. Yet challenging to hold their attention.

2. Fluency in English and Mathematics Proficiency for grades 1-5 (Must)

3. High Internet Speed - You need a minimum of 5 MBPS Internet connections for conducting sessions.

4. Windows 10 (Preferred) with a broadband connection. No hotspot/dongle

5. Laptop/PC - Microphone and camera is a must

6. We recommend applying only if you are available 3:00-8:30 p.m everyday and over weekends to maximize your earnings.

Payoff structure 

Guaranteed Payout

Against all of the above earnings components, there will be a guaranteed minimum payout for each teacher, depending on her tenure as below. Condition for guaranteed payout is making a minimum of 100 hours per month.

• Design, prepare and deliver a high quality curriculum for grades within the IB MYP and/or IB DP framework to suit the individual needs of all students  ?
• Nurture meaningful relationships with students and provide the individual attention they need ?
• Inspire mixed culture and ability classes, by creating challenging yet inclusive and engaging learning opportunities for all students 
• Maintain constant awareness of the needs of any students to whom English is additional language ?
• Maintain a safe learning environment for students ?
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve incessantly ?
