Key Skills :Center Head is a leader of the center who is responsible for marketing, admissions, academics, operation, Customer services, safety and security of the center.
Center head will draw necessary support from the Center Owner/Center Director to perform her role .
JOB DETAILS:
1) Admissions
a) Local advertisement planning, local advertisement visibility reporting, raising, Promotion requirement.
b) Admission visitor counseling, showing and explaining the center, closing the admission.
c) Monthly competitions Landscape reporting.
2) Operations
a) Recruiting attendants and teachers, training, allocating their jobs and monitoring their performance
b) Ensuring daily update of connect2 parent.
c) Material requirement indenting and coordinating with Center Director on various requirements of the center.
d) Maintaining all receipts and Daily account statement.
e) Daily report sending to Center Owner/Center Director.
f) Adhering to the operational processes and filling up of the various process forms.
I) Safety inspection (Very important) - Inspection and closing.
k) Organizing and coordinating various center events.
l) Local small material purchase, handling small service vendors for maintenance etc.
m) Center closing and key management.
3) Customer service and relationship management.
a) Managing parent interactions.
b) Parent concern/ request form handling.
c) Managing PTMs.
d) Daily special feedback on students as required.
e) Student absenteeism response management.
f) Uploading event photos on center Facebook page.
g) Taking individual child activity photo and sending the same through connect 2 parent.
