 Experience- Must be experience in different educational developmental field of child’s growth apart from Montessori education. 

 Job description-

1.      To take responsibility for drawing up long term planning, preparing curriculum, and sessional plans which ensure that each child is working towards Early Learning

Goals;

2.      To monitor the effectiveness of the Pre-School curriculum;To draw up and supervise the daily programme of Pre-School activities and events.

3. To be responsible for implementing systems of observation and record keeping so that children’s attainment and progress is effectively and regularly assessed;
4. to monitor the effectiveness of assessment procedures.
5. to supervise staff on a daily basis; to be responsible for monitoring the quality of teaching; to undertake inductions for new staff and participate in staff appraisals and to identify in-service training needs; to ensure open two way communication with staff.
6.  To be responsible for providing different kinds of workshops
7.   Montessori trained from a well reputed organization and to be responsible for providing Montessori training to all the centres.
8. Designing of Books for preschoolers in synchronization with the curriculum
9. Should be willing to travel
10. The person should have experience in designing the day care program which includes day care curriculum, day care policies etc. for age group  6 months to 8 years.
