Job Description:

Role Overview: As a CLAT Course Faculty member at Career Launcher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to prepare students for success in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with a strong success rate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Delivery: Design and conduct CLAT courses that effectively prepare students for the examination.
2. Bilingual Instruction: Proficiently teach in both Hindi and English languages to cater to a diverse student base.
3. Student Engagement: Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment to enhance student participation and comprehension.
4. Success Monitoring: Track and analyze student performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the curriculum development team to ensure course materials are current and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience for CLAT preparation.
• Proven success in guiding students to achieve competitive exam success.

Skills:

• Strong command of both Hindi and English languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CLAT examination pattern and syllabus.
• Dynamic and engaging teaching style.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 2 pm.
