· Leading the school and its staff to achieve extremely high standards of teaching and learning, behaviour and attainment
· Creating a culture of educational excellence and embedding the ethos of a ‘learning and aspiring organization’
· Forming effective external relationships with parents, the local community, wider IB community, the IB office and other stakeholders.
· Working with other senior staff of the school and SEL to oversee the use of finance, facilities and other resources across the school
· Oversee compliance with state, national, and IB policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all PYP activities and common school activities.
