Outclass Academy (www.outclassacademy.com) is the initiative of Avanish Behany who has scored 99+ percentile on the SAT and GMAT. He has had a rich corporate experience in prestigious corporate institutions like Deutsche Bank and McKinsey & Company across India, USA, UK and Singapore. Outclass Academy started as a weekend gig a few years back but now has become a full service study abroad and foundation learning consulting company on the back of satisfied parents across the globe.

Freelancer Roles and Responsibilities

Using online tools to deliver online 1 on 1/small group classes
Curate teaching materials for delivery of classes
Develop a good relationship with the student

Qualifications and Experience

Proficiency in English language and comfort in communicating with overseas students
Deep subject matter expertise
Good communication and storytelling skills to make the class interesting/engaging

Time commitment

At least 1 hours per week
Weekly recurring classes are scheduled based on the mutual availability of both the student and instructor (weekends turn out to be preferred by both students and instructors in most cases)

Compensation
