Candidates should assist and encourage the student in their learning processes and key concepts. Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning. Plan and implement educational activities and events.

Designs and facilitates differentiated and personalized learning goals and activities that follow a coherent sequence, and engage students in high-level cognitive activity.
Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans
Assist in curriculum planning
Conducts classes
Prepare resource material like worksheets, videos, ppts etc.
Corrections & feedback
Conduct assessments
Prepare necessary documentations
Maintain daily log and tracker
Maintain attendance record
Module creation
Content creation/ reviewing for RS Academy mobile application.

Minimum qualification: Graduation (B.Sc, B.Ed, M.Sc, M.Ed)

Note:
Candidates must be open to conduct classes online, offline, one on one and at student’s residence.
Selected candidates will be in probation period for 3 months and the company is bound to pay a base salary of Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 5,000 based on their performance.
