Kangaroo Kids Whitefield is setting up its initial team for a newly set up preschool on Whitefield main road. 

Role: To take responsibility for the effective day to day Academic functions of Kangaroo Kids Education Limtied (KKEL), within guidelines & policies.

Reporting: Centre Head is directly responsible to the Branch Director

Key Accountability:

·            Effective implementation of high quality academic and non-academic standards of curriculum within the stipulated timeline

·              Management of Assessment, Reviews and examinations as per curriculum schedule and guidelines

·              Regular teachers and student workshops/training

·              Quarterly Performance Appraisals of the School Teaching Staff

·              Effective management of Parent interactions / queries

·              Admission queries have positive outcomes

·              Academic activities and special days meet KKEL outcomes

·              Timely and accurate communication to parents and community etc.

Qualifications - Graduate, ECCD, B. Ed., CIDTT

Experience - 2 or more years experience in Sr Management (Peeference will be gven to experience in preschool management)

Computer Skills - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
