Roles and responsibilities

• Conduct hybrid live classes for class size upto 30 students

• Adhere to operational guidelines for hybrid live classes

• Ownership for student success and exceptional batch performance

Desired qualities and qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in respective subject - P/C/M/B/SST

• Expert in respective choice of language (Proficiency - Read, Write, Speak) a. Hindi+English b. English

• Teaching experience / Working experience = Min. 1 year and Max. 3 years

• Energetic, enthusiastic, presentable and should be able to engage classes full of students

• Smart thinker and tech savvy

• Comfortable in working in evening shift (1PM-10PM)

• 6 days work-week

• Fast and stable broadband internet connection; Good laptop; Power backup

• Immediate joiners preferred

Develop the lesson plans effectively and implement the assigned curriculum completely and in due time.

Comply with requirements for the safety and supervision of students inside and outside the classroom.

Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences, workshops etc.

Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.

Seamlessly switch instructional roles (e.g. instructor, coach, facilitator, co-learner, audience) in relation to content and purpose of instruction and students’ needs.

Promote students’ intrinsic motivation by providing meaningful and progressively challenging learning experiences which include, but are not limited to: self-exploration, questioning, making choices, setting goals, planning and organizing, implementing, self-evaluating and demonstrating initiative in tasks and projects.

Apply appropriate multiple assessment tools and strategies to evaluate and promote the continuous intellectual development of the students.
