Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive primary curriculum following Board standards.

• Supervise and provide guidance to primary teachers.

• Evaluate and enhance teaching methods to ensure high-quality education.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Coordinate with parents and address their concerns effectively.

• Organize staff meetings and professional development workshops.

• Monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a primary educational setting.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Familiarity with respective curriculum and educational standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
