A quick overview of what we're looking for:
- 8–15 years in early childhood education, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or head-of-school role
- Formal qualification in B.Ed/M.Ed, along with Montessori or NTT certification
- Familiarity with Montessori, EYFS, Reggio Emilia, and Multiple Intelligence–based pedagogy
- Prior experience with a recognized premium preschool brand is a strong plus (e.g. Podar Jumbo Kids, EuroKids, Kangaroo Kids, KLAY, Maple Bear, or similar)
- Strong parent-facing communication skills, not just classroom pedagogy experience
