Can I get a referral from an employer who hasn’t signed up to the platform?
Yes, of course you can. This is the idea. So, when you use our referral system, you are basically sending a link to your previous employer to comment on your specific skills/abilities.
Is educatorOne available in my city?
Please check the list of cities that educatorOne is available. If your city is not included in the list, “Oh, sorry!” We are doing our best to get here, there and everywhere.
Can the employers see the job postings of other schools?
Yes, once more. We try to be as open and transparent as possible. Besides, we believe schools can learn a lot by looking at each other’s job postings.
What is a recruiting assignment?
A recruiting assignment is the placement of a recruiting mission on educatorOne.
You post a recruiting assignment, outline the job description of the position. After that we get to work! First, we assign a recruiter, attract candidates on our network, digital and social media.
Recruiter screens 10 suitable candidate profiles, send to your account.
You shortlist 3 candidates and Recruiter arranges confirmed interview with 3 candidates.
How does the platform work?
It’s very simple, really. All you need to do is:
Create your School profile.
List job opportunities.
Shortlist candidates
Interview candidates.
Issue an offer letter online.
Get joining confirmation
Should I upload multimedia files?
That’s why we put it there in the first place! Our statistics show that candidates look for more information about the school.

Make sure you have access to the email address on file with educatorOne.
Click the Forgot Password link on the Log-In form and type your email address.
educatorOne will send you an email to help reset your password. In case you cannot find the reset email, also check your spam, junk and/or trash folders. Beware that this email is time-sensitive and will only work for four (4) hours.
Follow educatorOne’s email link to set a new password.
What happen after the expiry of trial period?
Your login to educatorOne remains, you may choose to buy our services by logging to your account anytime.

Who can view my profile? Will I be able to track who is viewing my profile?
Well, basically anyone can look at your profile. But, you can’t see who viewed your profile and no one can see if you’ve been viewing theirs. It’s a fair deal.
