The ideal candidate:

1. Must have an inspired and informed vision for the discipline of Mathematics.

2. Must have a sense of the best curricula in other countries so as to inform his/her vision.

3. Develop curriculum in line with the current best practices and strategies in the subject meeting national educational standards and academic requirements.

4. Develop -- digital instructional materials including, lessons, lesson plans, worksheets, project plans, posters, videos -- in line with the school’s vision.

5. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, coordinators, teachers, and administrators.

6. Use data (test scores, feedback) to assess curriculum effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

7. Introduce and test the curriculum delivery in the class room

8. Create training materials or support documentation for teachers to effectively use the instructional materials and conduct training sessions

 

Skills Required

10 -12 years of experience in Mathematics teaching or is an expert and creative teacher. Should be a specialist in Mathematics

2. Developed an innovative curriculum in Mathematics for Grades 1 to 10

3. A Postgraduate degree in Mathematics

4. A good knowledge of practices and standards of quality followed in state-of-the-art schools in India

5. Good Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, and digital learning platforms

6. Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
