Rooted in 15+ Years

educatorOne was not conceived in a regular technology incubator. We were born on the campuses, in the boardrooms, and within the corridors of India's private schools.

Our story began in 2009 with School Serv, India's premier K-12 school consulting firm. We started by supporting schools with essential physical infrastructure, learning resources, and supplies. Over the last 15+ years, we stopped counting after helping plan, establish, and manage more than 150 elite campuses across the country. We designed state-of-the-art school buildings, set up cutting-edge academic frameworks, and operated complex school networks.

Shifting fully into strategic advisory and technology, we realized that the single greatest bottleneck to a school's success is securing and retaining qualified, highly aligned talent. Most software developers build platforms based on generic corporate assumptions. At educatorOne, our recruitment workflows are built directly on 15+ years of real-world school operations.

From Passion Project to AI Operating System

To solve the academic talent crisis, we launched our first digital recruitment pilot, educatorOne, in 2014.

Over the course of a decade, our active directory supported more than 2500+ private schools and hosts a vibrant community of over a lakh registered K-12 job seekers. Alongside educatorOne, we successfully developed and operated SchoolProp.com, India's largest specialized portal for school real estate, making our ecosystem the ultimate operational hub for the K-12 sector.

Today, we have officially upgraded educatorOne into India's first Recruitment Operating System. By introducing Sage, our unified autonomous recruiter, we have automated the administrative friction of sourcing, multi-point screening, and calendar scheduling.
