• From School Users (B2B): School name, board affiliations (CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB, etc.), campus address, branch details, authorized user names, contact, emails, billing information, and job descriptions.
• From Job Seekers (B2C): Full name, contact number, email address, current job title, current address, detailed teaching history, educational qualifications, preferred locations, and resume files. Sensitive identity documents are only collected during the final stages of selection.

2. How We Use Your Information (The Data Sovereignty Guarantee)

• No Public AI Training: Your school's recruiting data, candidate pipelines, feedback notes, and interview transcripts are strictly private and never used to train public or external AI models.
• Secure Multi-Tenant Database Structures: educatorOne is built with rigorous, isolated data structures. A school's applicant database, interview panels, and coordinator scorecards are kept fully isolated from competitor schools, completely preventing any internal candidate poaching or directory crawling.
• Sage AI Processing: Sourcing, matching, and pedagogical profiling are executed inside a highly secure and private cloud environment.

3. The Candidate Privacy Wall

We understand the sensitivity of active job seekers for currently employed school professionals. Our strict Candidate Privacy Wall ensures that:

• No Public Directory Search: School Users cannot openly browse, search, or crawl our candidate database.
• Automated Matching and Masking: A candidate's profile is only shown to a school when Sage identifies a high-compatibility match with an active vacancy. Even during matching, all contact details (such as phone numbers and email addresses) remain fully masked and are only revealed once the candidate actively accepts an interview invitation.
• No Search Engine Indexing: To protect employment security, educatorOne prevents candidate profile pages from being indexed by Google, Bing, or any other public search engines.

4. Sage Scribe Call Recording and Transcripts

• Explicit Consent Gate: Scribe only transcribes online interviews when the calendar invitation has been formally accepted by both parties.
• Data Protection: Captured audio, chat logs, and synthesized meeting transcripts are kept private. This data is visible only to authorized recruitment managers on the school's private dashboard and your assigned recruiter. It is protected by industry-standard encryption protocols.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

educatorOne does not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or external data brokers. Information is shared only with:

• DLT, SMS, and WhatsApp Gateways: Our verified telecommunication partners (such as MCube) strictly to deliver transaction updates, OTP logins, and direct interview notifications.
• Legal and Compliance Bodies: Only when required to do so by applicable Indian laws or judicial orders.

6. Your Rights and Deletion (The Right to be Forgotten)

You have full control over your personal data:

• Access and Correction: You can review, update, or edit your profile fields (including full name, and job title) at any point through your dashboard.
• Account Deletion: Job Seekers can request complete account deletion at any time. Upon receiving a deletion request, educatorOne will permanently erase your resume files, profile parameters, and contact entries from our active directories within 30 days.
