Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities aligned with early childhood development standards.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth in students.
• Assess and monitor student progress through observation, informal assessments, and regular reporting to parents.
• Manage classroom behavior positively, ensuring a structured yet fun learning environment for all children.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure cohesive student support.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating physical learning space.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience teaching in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, creativity in teaching methods, patience, strong classroom management abilities, and a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy.
