Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards for primary Hindi education.
• Teach Hindi language, grammar, reading comprehension, and writing skills to primary students effectively.
• Create interactive and engaging classroom activities, utilizing diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and tracking performance metrics.

• Collaborate with parents and other teaching staff to support holistic student development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Proven experience (2-7 years) as a Primary Teacher, preferably specializing in Hindi.
• Subject Knowledge: Strong command over Hindi language, literature, grammar, and pedagogical techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
• Classroom Management: Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline in a child-friendly manner.
