Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging lesson plans for TGT Computer Science classes across various computer science topics (e.g., programming, data structures, networking, software development).
• Assess student performance through regular examinations, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, innovation, and active participation from students.
• Integrate contemporary technology and real-world applications into the curriculum to make learning relevant and practical.
• Mentor students in developing foundational programming skills and computational thinking abilities.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to align curriculum standards and improve teaching methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Postgraduate Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 to 13 years of proven experience as a Computer Science educator at the secondary level.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge in core computer science principles, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), database management, and web technologies.
• Pedagogical Skills: Demonstrated excellence in curriculum development, classroom management, and differentiated instruction techniques.
