Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in Science or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.
• Pedagogy: Strong understanding of primary science pedagogy, inquiry-based learning techniques, and differentiation strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex scientific concepts simply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance science instruction.
