Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-primary Coordinator to join our dynamic education team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for our youngest students. This position requires a blend of administrative organization, pedagogical understanding, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure that all pre-primary programs run efficiently and meet the high standards of our institution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational logistics for the pre-primary department, ensuring smooth transitions and resource availability.
  • Liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to foster a collaborative and supportive educational ecosystem.
  • Assist in curriculum implementation, monitoring activities to ensure alignment with early childhood development standards.
  • Manage scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation related to student progress and daily activities.
  • Support the development and execution of engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and classroom setups.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for parent inquiries and concerns regarding the pre-primary program.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory. Experience in a primary/pre-primary setting is essential.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in educational coordination, teaching support, or pre-primary administration.

Skills: Strong organizational planning, effective communication (written and verbal), curriculum familiarity, and proficiency in educational technology tools.
