1. Job Overview


INVICTA School is seeking a confident, motivated and parent-focused Admissions Counsellor to manage admission enquiries, guide prospective families through the admission process and support the school’s enrolment objectives. The role requires excellent communication, emotional intelligence, relationship-building skills and strong follow-up ability.


2. Key Responsibilities & Duties


  • Parent Counselling & Admissions: Conduct counselling sessions with prospective parents and students and clearly explain the school’s curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, fee structure, admission process and campus experience.

  • Lead Management & Conversion: Manage enquiries from walk-ins, calls, referrals and digital sources. Maintain systematic follow-up and work towards converting qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions.

  • Application & Documentation: Manage the end-to-end admission process, including

  • applications, required documents, eligibility checks, admission records and completion of formalities.

  • Parent Relationship & Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for prospective families and ensure timely, courteous and professional communication throughout the admission journey.

  • Events & Outreach: Support open houses, campus visits, admission drives, parent orientation programmes and outreach activities in coordination with the Management and Marketing Team.

  • MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, enquiry status, follow-up schedules, admission conversions and daily/weekly admission MIS.


3. Required Qualifications & Skills


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university; qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Education or related fields preferred.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer relations or a similar parent/customer-facing role. Experience in a reputed CBSE/K-12 school or educational institution will be preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Telugu – mandatory, with strong presentation and counselling skills.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong empathy, active listening, patience and interpersonal sensitivity, with the ability to understand parent concerns and build trust.

  • Core Skills: Strong relationship-building, persuasion, follow-up, target orientation, organisational and time-management skills.

  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, MS Office, Google Workspace and digital communication tools.


4. Job Scope


The Admissions Counsellor will manage the complete admission journey from initial enquiry to confirmed enrolment. The role includes parent counselling, campus tours, lead follow-up, application processing, documentation, CRM/ERP updates, admission conversion and parent communication. The Counsellor will ensure every prospective family receives timely, professional and personalised support while contributing towards the school’s enrolment objectives.
