Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Lead to manage and streamline all operational aspects of our primary educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of daily school activities, supporting both administrative and teaching staff, and maintaining a positive environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee and manage all daily operational tasks and logistical arrangements within the school environment.
• Coordinate and manage various school-related administrative tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues and coordinating with various stakeholders (staff, parents, vendors).
• Ensure the smooth execution of all required school tasks, including scheduling, resource management, and facility coordination.
• Support the administration in implementing new operational procedures to enhance overall school efficiency.
• Handle various ad-hoc school-related duties as required to maintain seamless school operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, proficiency in office software, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
