Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and execute comprehensive admissions campaigns across various platforms to drive qualified leads and applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing expert guidance and personalized counseling throughout the application process.
- Analyze admissions data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and strategic growth.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with high-potential applicants, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, financial aid, and academic departments to align admissions strategies with institutional goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in higher education admissions, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Skills: Proven expertise in admissions management systems (CRM), data analysis, strategic planning, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong negotiation skills.
