Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Kannada Teacher to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a love for the Kannada language and literature among young primary school students. This role is crucial in developing foundational literacy and cultural awareness in our students.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for primary level Kannada curriculum.
  • Conduct interactive and dynamic classroom sessions to ensure effective teaching and student engagement.
  • Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Create stimulating learning materials, activities, and projects that enhance understanding of Kannada grammar, literature, and culture.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment conducive to student growth.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to align teaching strategies with institutional goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.
  • Subject Expertise: Strong command over the Kannada language, literature, and pedagogy for primary grades.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Pedagogical Knowledge: Solid understanding of child psychology and differentiated instruction techniques.
