Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance academic performance, curriculum delivery, and student outcomes.
  • Provide visionary leadership to faculty, mentoring staff, and promoting a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance with regulatory standards, and operational excellence.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and governing bodies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve student well-being, discipline, and overall campus climate.
  • Ensure the institution maintains the highest standards of academic rigor and ethical conduct.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is the minimum requirement. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in an educational setting, with proven success in principalship or senior administrative roles.
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in educational leadership, curriculum development, administrative management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities are essential.

The Principal will be the chief executive of the school, responsible for setting the pedagogical vision, managing the entire operational framework, and ensuring the institution achieves its mission objectives.
