We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts across multiple business units. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of filling high-impact roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and execute scalable hiring strategies. This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across diverse functions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social channels, networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct thorough screening, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Education(Schools).
• Strong experience with modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn ,Indeed, etc.).
• Proven ability to fill senior or niche roles in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and market trends.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in School Hiring.
• Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition
