Job Overview

We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced PGT Sanskrit Teacher to join our esteemed institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for imparting comprehensive and engaging instruction in Sanskrit to middle-school students, fostering a deep appreciation for this classical language, its literature, and its cultural significance. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curriculum for PGT level Sanskrit classes, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
• Deliver effective and nuanced instruction in Sanskrit grammar, literature (Sahitya), and translation to middle-school students.
• Assess student performance through regular testing, feedback, and detailed progress reports, identifying areas for improvement.
• Create interactive learning activities, projects, and cultural events to make Sanskrit learning relatable and enjoyable.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall academic program and student development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory. A Master's degree in Sanskrit or related humanities is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven teaching experience at the middle-school level.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Sanskrit grammar (Vyakarana), classical literature, and cultural context.
• Skills: Excellent pedagogical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to simplify complex linguistic concepts.
