Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, nurturing, and experienced Pre-Primary Co-ordinator to play a vital role in supporting the smooth, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for our youngest students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring adherence to educational standards, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all children. This role requires a blend of administrative acumen, pedagogical understanding, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage daily schedules and activities aligned with pre-primary educational frameworks.
• Liaise effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and school policies.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of classroom resources, materials, and learning aids.
• Observe, assess, and document the developmental progress of young children, providing constructive feedback to teaching staff.
• Coordinate special events, parent-teacher meetings, and school-wide pre-primary initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and developmental milestones.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a coordinating or teaching role within a pre-primary setting.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills; foundational knowledge of early childhood education principles.
