Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in teaching mathematics to students in grades 1 through 5, with a passion for fostering a love for numbers and logical thinking in young learners. Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum for grades 1-5, ensuring all learning objectives are met.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including visual aids, manipulatives, and interactive activities, to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Assess student progress through regular quizzes, observations, and projects, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to students who need extra assistance.
• Maintain open and positive communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance, classroom activities, and home-school collaboration strategies.
• Participate in the planning of classroom environments and contribute to the development of lesson plans, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the mathematics department.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience teaching mathematics in primary or elementary schools.
• Strong command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and basic computer applications to enhance learning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom of diverse learners with patience and empathy.
