Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned lesson plans for Primary Social Studies, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
• Create dynamic and inclusive classroom environments that encourage critical thinking, discussion, and social interaction among young students.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to parents and students.
• Integrate real-world social studies concepts (e.g., community roles, basic geography, cultural awareness) into daily classroom activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to support school-wide social studies initiatives and classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven teaching experience, preferably in a pre-primary or primary setting.
• Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of social studies concepts suitable for young learners.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
