Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead and manage our CBSE International School. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the continuous growth of the institution. This role requires a strategic leader capable of balancing academic rigor with effective administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to the school, setting high standards for teaching and learning.
• Ensure strict compliance with CBSE curriculum, policies, and all relevant educational standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive academic plans, school policies, and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor teaching staff and support personnel to enhance professional performance.
• Monitor student performance, examination results, and academic progress, implementing targeted interventions as needed.
• Cultivate a positive and disciplined school culture while ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for all students.
• Serve as the primary liaison, communicating effectively with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Manage all operational aspects of the school, including facilities, resources, timetabling, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Experience Level: 5-10 Years in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably an international or CBSE school setting.

Core Competencies: Proven ability to lead change, strong curriculum expertise, exceptional communication skills, and administrative proficiency.
