We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT English Teacher to join our dynamic educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students across various grade levels. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons according to the curriculum standards for the assigned grade levels (Grade 1 to 12).
• Assess student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress towards learning objectives.
• Create stimulating classroom activities and materials to enhance student engagement and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to align teaching strategies and contribute to departmental goals.
• Encourage and motivate students to develop strong oral, written, and critical thinking skills in English.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven teaching experience, preferably at the secondary level.
• Subject Expertise: Strong command of English grammar, literature, vocabulary, and pedagogical techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Classroom Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
