Key Skills :Key Responsibilities:-
· Meet prospective parents, handle all their queries related to the school and convert them to admission.
· Liaison with external agencies and vendors for operational aspects.
· Track and manage logistics – material and transport in coordination with vendors.
· Organize local promotion activities e.g. print and distribution of promotional material, advertisement in local newspaper / media etc.
· Assist Branch Manager in overall management and administration.
· Manage all ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) reports.
· Looking out for cultural events and co-curricular activities where the school can actively participate
· Generating new admissions by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them in coordination with the Branch Manager.
· Planning marketing strategies in terms of advertising plan, event planning & publicizing.
· Achieving Targets: Meet assigned admission targets and work to achieving the same on weekly/monthly basis.
· Parent Grievances Handling: Handling all parent grievances in coordination with Deputy Academic Head or Branch Manager promptly after the admission of the student.
· Withdrawal follow up: Follow up for all withdrawals & try to gain knowledge about the reason behind it.
· Public Relations: Building up rapport with various corporate, hospitals, external education agencies & dignitaries for increasing PR.
· Data Collection & Management: Collecting data of all enquiries, sorting it and aligning according to age group.
· Fee Fellow-up, Fee collection & Daily School expenses management.
· Transport coordination on daily basis with supervisor.
