CENTRE HEAD
Strategic Role	Coordinating the preschool and the daycare program of the centre
	Communicating and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, values and the working principles
	Representing the organization to the preschool stakeholders
	Having regular meetings with the management to review the effectiveness of the schools’ policies, procedures and processes
	Conducting review meetings with the school team to ensure the program implementation standards in terms of the academics, infrastructure and program delivery
	Assessing the resources of the preschool/daycare and working towards its optimum utilization
Academics	Coordinating with the teachers and facilitating the sessions, preparing the lesson plans and assessing the academic progress of children
	Planning the academic calendar and organizing events, field trips, guest talks etc.
	Participating in educational events and conferences; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Admissions	Handling the parent enquiries, conducting the admissions counselling on behalf of the school. Monitoring the key growth parameters of the school.
Communication and parent relations	Managing parent relations and conducting PTMs
	Having regular meetings with the management to review the effectiveness of the schools’ policies, procedures and processes
	Conducting review meetings with the school team to ensure the program implementation standards
Centre administration	Ensuring the smooth running of the centre and the academic programs
	Preparing the daily, monthly, annual MIS reports and monitoring the key management parameters.
	Overseeing/maintaining the necessary books of records and updating them in a timely manner
Financial Management	Overseeing/managing the financials of the centre. Responsible for the P&L of the school.
Financial Management	Maintaining the proper books of accounts, for audit and review purposes
People management	Managing the school team, designing and monitoring their KRAs, organizing/conducting periodic training programs
People management	Managing the new staff recruitment
Infrastructure and Facilities management	Overseeing/ensuring the maintenance and the upkeep of the school campus, overseeing the facilities and inventory management

Role prerequisities	() Bachelors degree with a recognized Montessori/NT training
	() Atleast 2-3 years of work experience in preschool preferred
	() Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

ACADEMIC FACILITATOR (TEACHER) - PRESCHOOL/DAYCARE
Academics	Planning and conducting the academic sessions, preparing the lesson plans and assessing the academic progress of children. Arranging/preparing the required teaching aids for the academic sessions.
	Helping the Centre Coordinator in planning the academic calendar and in organizing events, field trips, guest talks etc.
	Participating in educational events and conferences; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Communication	Managing parent relations with the assigned group and conducting PTMs
Communication	Having regular meetings with the management to review the effectiveness of the schools’ policies, procedures and processes
Bookkeeping and documentation	Ensuring timliness and attendance
Bookkeeping and documentation	Preparing the daily, monthly, annual teacher/student reports
Coordination	Working with the school team to ensure the program implementation standards. Guiding the assigned caregiver to ensure the availability of stationery and the ancillary facilities for the children.

Teacher Part Time - 9 AM to 2 PM
Teach Maths and science based on already prepared syllabus and curriculum.
Assist in the development and designing of content based on the guidelines of Director.
Teach the students based on the Institute course and curriculum at the class timings. The timings may be flexible based on the availability of students.
Study and be UpToDate with the course to be taught on a daily basis. It is expected that the teacher will prepare himself/herself on daily basis before the commencement of the class.
